Carefully repackage your items back into your shipping box alongwith your packing slip, and seal your package with packingtape. We recommend making a copy of your packing slip foryour records.
Adhere the enclosed pre-paid UPS return label. Note: if your original order was under $100, you will be charged an $8.00 return shipment fee for using the pre-paid UPS return label enclosed in your package.
You may also use your own shipping method for your returnor exchange at your own expense. You can send items back to us at theaddress below using any trackable/insured shipping method/carrier. Sorry, wecannot accept COD returns.
