PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from our warehouse in Shanghai, China. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. If items in your order are out of stock or delayed for shipping we will notify you by e-mail.

TRANSIT TIME

Transit time refers to the time it takes from when the package is shipped to reaching its destination. Please refer to corresponding transit time in charts below.

ORDER STATUS

To check on the status of your order, email [email protected] Please include your order number, courier number and billing information. Your order number will be given to you upon completion of purchase. A courier number will be given to you via email once your order ships.
